The institution has 2 satellite clinics that work under the supervision of the department of public health dentistry. It is intended to increase access to primary and secondary oral health care services among the unreached communities, one in the rural area of Gadia (Sehore) which is about 30 km from the college, and another one in an urban area of Katara Hills which is about 16 km from the college.

One staff and two intern students are regularly posted in the satellite clinics. All routine treatments are done in the clinics and patients needing advanced care are referred to the college for further treatment.
